Deeplinq Ltd operates an enterprise AI middleware platform for regulated industries. Deeplinq Ltd is the data controller for personal information you share with us through this website or by email.
Information we collect
We collect information you choose to provide when contacting our team, such as your name, work email, company, role, topic, and message. The contact form submits these details to Deeplinq over an encrypted connection so we can respond.
How we use it
- Respond to product, security, partnership, support, and career enquiries.
- Qualify and follow up on legitimate business conversations.
- Protect our services and investigate abuse when necessary.
- Meet legal obligations and establish or defend legal claims.
- We process contact enquiries on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to business requests.
Tracking and processors
This website does not deploy third-party analytics, advertising pixels, or cross-site identifiers. The contact form relies on three processors: Cloudflare verifies submissions to prevent abuse, Amazon Web Services hosts the website and processes form requests, and Microsoft 365 delivers the resulting email to our team. If the website begins using additional processors, this policy will be updated before that processing starts.
Retention
Business enquiries are normally retained for up to 24 months after the last interaction, unless a longer period is required for an active contract, legal obligation, or claim. Security logs for a deployed service are governed by the applicable customer agreement and deployment policy.
International transfers
Where personal information is transferred across borders, Deeplinq uses an applicable legal transfer mechanism. Platform data residency and deployment locations are defined separately for each customer environment.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing, and to receive a portable copy of your information. Contact privacy@deeplinq.com.We normally respond within 30 days where GDPR or an equivalent timeframe applies.
Children
Our services are intended for business use. We do not knowingly collect personal information from people under 18 through this website.
Updates
We may update this notice as the website or our processing changes. The effective date at the top of this page will be revised when that happens.
This is a working policy ahead of general availability. Counsel-reviewed terms will replace it before broad commercial launch.
