deeplinq® operates as an enterprise AI middleware platform for regulated industries. deeplinq LTD (United Kingdom) is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. Our US commercial entity, deeplinq LLC, may act as joint controller for interactions originating from the United States.
We collect only the information you actively provide when requesting a briefing or contacting our team — your name, work email, company, role, region, and any message you include. We do not deploy third-party tracking, advertising pixels, or cross-site identifiers on this site.
Sub-processors
We currently use no third-party data processors for handling personal information collected via this website. Cloudflare Turnstile is loaded on the contact form page for CAPTCHA verification — see the cookies page for details. Should our sub-processor list change, we will update this section and notify affected individuals at least 30 days before changes take effect.
International data transfers
Personal information collected via this website is processed by deeplinq LTD (United Kingdom). Where processing involves data subjects in the United States, deeplinq LLC may act as joint processor. Cross-border transfers, where they occur, are governed by the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, EU Standard Contractual Clauses, and applicable adequacy decisions. For platform deployments inside customer environments, no personal data leaves the customer's chosen jurisdiction by default — residency is enforced by deployment location.
